Hopper bottom tarp questions

Trailers that measure 96" wide use a 123" wide tarp, and trailers that measure 102" wide use a 129" wide tarp. For length, measure your existing tarp rather than the trailer: the metal end caps at the front and rear fill in the first and last couple of feet. If you don't have a roll tarp, measure from front cap to rear cap and subtract 6".

18oz vinyl coated polyester is the industry standard for hopper bottom roll tarps. 22oz boosts tear strength and abrasion resistance by about 50% but costs more and is harder to roll by hand, especially in winter, and can wear out electric motors sooner.
