Terms of Sale

About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on hopperbottomtarps.com, operated by Lookout Mountain Tarp, Cullman, Alabama ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping, Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars, include UPS Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states, and can change at any time, but never after you've paid for an order.
• Payment is taken when you place your order, through PayPal (PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a debit or credit card). We never see or store your card number.
• Sales tax is added where required by law.

Orders

Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item was listed at the wrong price because of a mistake, or we can't make it, we'll contact you, and you can confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund.

Made to order

Every tarp is made to the size and options you choose. Please check the width, length, fabric and color before ordering: we build exactly what's ordered. Production times are estimates.

Fit

Brand names are used only to describe which trailers our replacement tarps fit. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any trailer or tarp system manufacturer. You're responsible for measuring your trailer or existing tarp and choosing the right size.

Limitation of liability

Except for our Warranty, products are sold without any other warranties, and implied warranties are limited to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (such as lost loads or downtime), and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Cullman County, Alabama, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
