Every tarp is made to order for your trailer.
Made to order
Because every tarp is built to the length, width and options you choose, tarps can't be returned unless they're defective or not what you ordered. Please measure carefully before ordering, and call us if you're not sure.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Accessories
Unused accessories (such as U-clamps) in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first; you pay return shipping unless we made a mistake.
